PRICES

WORK AND DELIVERY PROGRAM

The delivery is free of charge and can be done within Bucharest and surrounding areas (Bucharest: Pipera, Voluntari, Afumati, Pantelimon, Baneasa, Popesti-Leordeni, Bragadiru, Cornetu, Rosu, Mogosoaia, Buftea, Corbeanca, . Orders can be placed online, non-stop, the phone support program is between 09-18 Monday to Friday, 09-14 Saturday. Delivery is usually Monday to Sunday between 09 and 20, but there may be days when it is not working or the program is low. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS

FBCOM is provided "as such" and without any express or implied warranty with regard to the products offered and the site. ACT assumes no responsibility for the periods of time the site can not be accessed for any reason. Products marketed on FBCOM benefit from a guarantee under Ordinance no. 21/1992, Law 449/2003 and O.G. 174/2008 if they are not perishable products such as flowers, plants, foodstuffs.

LEGAL CONDITIONS

The FBCOM site works under the laws of the Romanian State.

DISPUTES AND CONFLICTS

Any conflict between ACT (FBCOM) and clients is attempted to be amicably settled by agreement between the two parties under these terms and conditions. If this is not possible, the Romanian legal provisions in this field will apply, and the resolution of the conflicts is the responsibility of the Romanian courts.

FINAL PROVISIONS

If any of the above clauses are found to be null or void, irrespective of the cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses. With the purchase and launch of the order, the customer accepts without any objection the terms and conditions of use, the value of which is the same as a valid contract.
