Delivery Information

FlowersBucharest.com delivers each day of the week from Monday until Sunday in Bucharest and nearby areas. Although we deliver 7 days a week, please read the schedule below!

Usually, if the desired date is available in the checkout datepicker/calendar then we will deliver at that date!

Exceptions may occur if bad weather / big holidays with heavy traffic conditions. However we will notify you if this is the case.

Delivery/ordering schedule is not the same with the support schedule.

DATE AND TIME OF DELIVERY

The delivery date is the one you selected in the order form. If you want to change it you will need to contact us by email or phone. Delivery of orders is from 09:30 to 20:00, you can specify a preferred hourly interval in the field of observations in the order form. Although we succeed almost every time to respect this interval, we do not assume the obligation to respect it, this being considered as a guide. If we do not find the recipient at the address, we can choose to: we deliver to another person present at the address, we call the recipient, we return to another hour. If the address is incomplete, we will try to contact the recipient before delivery to provide us with a complete address. If an order can not be delivered for reasons that can not be imputed to our company (such as the wrong address, the recipient can not be found at the address), the buyer can not claim the amount paid if the arrangement has already been created but may require delivery Address or person.

DELIVERY AREA

We deliver anywhere in the city of Bucharest, as well as in any locality located 15 km from Bucharest. The minimum delivery time is between 45min and 2h, depending on the ordered arrangement, delivery time, weather conditions or traffic conditions. Our workshop is located in the central area of Bucharest.

DELIVERY DETAILS

All orders are delivered by our specialized agents, in our doubles which ensure optimal transport conditions being provided with air conditioning. All arrangements (which require this) are transported in water containers.
