Placing a flower order - step by step.

CHOOSE THE ARRANGEMENT

Go through our offer and choose your preferred arrangement, appropriate to the occasion or message you want to send.

SELECT CHARACTERISTICS AND ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS

From the details of the arrangement, select features such as size or color. Also from here you can add one or more additional products such as vase, buckle, candy, cake, etc. Adding them is optional. To continue clicking the "Add to cart" button

MESSAGE FOR FLEXIBLE AND COMPLETE INFORMATION

Once the product added to your shopping cart you can write a message that we will attach to the flower arrangement printed on a greeting card, or, for the funeral arrangements, on a slow (ribbon) attached to it. Also on the shopping cart page you will fill in the information regarding the recipient and the buyer.

DELIVERY DATA AND DESTINATION INFORMATION

The place of delivery is the first one to be chosen on the delivery information form, then on the calendar as the available data select the desired delivery date. If you have any suggestions or comments about a desired delivery interval, delivery address details etc. You can fill in the "Observations"

BUYER INFORMATION

Information like your name, email address is required. If you want the invoice to be issued with the data of a legal entity, check the option "I represent a legal person" and you will notice the appearance of a new A form in which you can fill in the company data. If you want your name or any other buyer-related information not to be disclosed to the recipient, check the "anonymous delivery"

PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

At the last step, choose your payment method. If you choose "bank card" or "PayPal" you will be redirected to a secured payment interface where you will fill in your card details or you will log in to your PayPal account. Payment by card or PayPal is confirmed immediately.

IMPORTANT

If you choose "bank transfer", the order will be recorded but it will only be delivered after your payment has been confirmed by sending the order by fax, email or whatsapp. Even if you pay via e-banking it is necessary to send us a confirmation print screen.
